It's my Dream!!
Me encanta.
Cada receta es todo un derroche de pasión, amor y cariño por los alimentos.
Me siento identificada.
This is my dream!

Hello Jamie,
Merci encore.

Hi Jamie Hearing from the comments from other people I sumized it up that your one heck of a chef. I came apon a pack of finger napkins with your slogan on it The Naked Chef while strolling along in a store Bloomfield Ontario. Ive kept it a long time. And new to the computor I decided to give it a try to see if you accually do have a restaurant named this. So my question is do you? I own a small 14 table restaurant in Belleville Ontario. I have been a owner for 4 years. Looking forward to hearing from you keep up the great work.

Hello Jamie!
I found your dvd "A Naked Chef" and I loved it. I would like to know if you have a podcast site. I seems that in this site one need to download each video (and I'm not very familiar with computers; it is much easier for me to do it with itunes.
I love the energy you transmit and that encourages me to vary my eating. Cooking seems kind of easy when I see your videos and DELICIOUS!
Bonne continuation :)

I really enjoyed your cooking tv show especially \"the naked chef\" and \"oliver\'s twist\". Until now, I really looking forward to have a recipe with a mix of asean and western ingredients. But, at the same time can be consumed by muslim\'s.
Nevertheless, you still the best!!!!!!!!!!

We twisted to you much more success, and we always hope that one day you come to Brazil.

I lived over in England on and off for a few years, in Poole, and I have seen all the pre-made food English people eat and what rubbish the kids take to school. I'm back in Australia now and find it is starting to spread over here!
I think it is wonderful what you are doing, and I hope you don't take any notice of negative comments off people who don't want to change. There any many more people out there applauding you for what you are doing.
I just watched you make the Chow Mein, and it makes cooking asian look so much easier then following the recipes out of asian books. I will definately give it a try, can't wait.
Keep up the great cooking :-)

why no toasted sesami oil? Just a little adds that special taste I associate with Chinese food. But great easy recipe. I will definitely try it!! Thanks so much!
54. E M Stafford Fri 28 Nov 2008 @ 20:44
I made your fish pie for tea today and everyone enjoyed it. One problem though I thought it would be worth mentioning about the chilli when you have grated it, remember to wash hands straight away, as mine were still hot after many washes.
55. Nolan Wed 19 Nov 2008 @ 01:35
I just made and ate this minutes ago and I have to say RIGHT ON. This was very simple to make and quick. I like the fact that there aren't a whole lot of ingredients or spices to complicate things. The heat from the pepper .... great.

Hi Jamie..
I'm a very BIG fan of your programme 'Jamie's Ministry of Food'. Me and my boyfriend try our best to follow the programme every week. We both do admire your passion about cooking and the spirit of helping people who can't cook. It's a brilliant idea despite the difficult times. Finally, we both wish you and your family all the best.

Hi Jamie,
Love your shows. Any plans to put 'Jamie's Kitchen-Australia' and 'Jamie's Chef' on DVD anytime soon? I know a lot of people would be happy if you did!
Keep up the great work, you are a great entertainer with a massive social conscience.
Cheers,

I have to say ..."exactly~"
64. Helena Wed 15 Oct 2008 @ 14:24
Hi Jamie,
The recipe looks fab! Im a student with limited budget and want to cook but never seem to have the basic herds/ingredants in, such as particular herbs. Are there any groups of recipes that share groups of ingrediants for beef, prawn and chicken dishes?
65. maria sultan Wed 15 Oct 2008 @ 05:12
Jamie I cannot praise you enough, I have been lucky in that both my parents have taught me how to cook and I pass this on to my child. I was shocked and appalled to realise that there are people out there who really cannot cook. The government and education departments should make it a priority to teach our children how to cook healthy meals it is a national scandal that this is not on the curriculum.
66. chinese Tue 14 Oct 2008 @ 14:10

Hi Jamie.......well done on Mistery of Food. I love to cook but videos showing the simplicity of some of your dishes is an excellent idea. Good on you for sharing your passion and tackling this issue at ground level. Keep doing what you are doing. I'll be passing it on to my son who is a student and also loves to cook.
69. Stefanie Delius Sun 12 Oct 2008 @ 13:08
*Dear Jamie*
we are a German Family live in the italian part of switzerland (Lake Lugano) and I agree that your spirit and the way you make it resonate to Menschen (humans) is the best we have ever seen in the field of food and showing how to cook with love art passion and knowledge!
It seems so light!
Once an italian friend told me (and you must know a typical italian man would never marry a woman even a beautiful one that does not know how to cook, although they would tell them everyday that the mother does it better to keep them doing well, it might be changing when italians start talking about Jamie Oliver instead of their mothers kitchen) while he watched me cooking: I can see the suffering in the kitchen this is the opposite of your delightful and easy handeling!
Even our children are infected by you and read with such a positive will recepes and most important realize them and pass your impulse and wonderfulness onwards.
We sent you our warm thanks and a lot of strength.
We would love to have a food centre here as well and we do look forward to meet you.
Stefanie Andreas Arthur and Maurizia
P.S Sorry for my english
