I had a variation of this in the Jamie restaurant in Bath and although I loved it, I just wanna ask : You're seasoning up the lamb, then covering it with hummous and then dipping it roasted nuts. I think perhaps you'd lose the taste of the meat in all that right ? I'd just BBQ the lamb in the fantastic seasoning mix and enjoy the hummous with pitta bread and the nuts with I dunno, greek yoghurt. I just seems you crowd out the sweetness of the meat and lose its texture to the nut coating. I know, my opinion.... but what do you say Jamie ?
