hey jamie, i like cooking and i want to be a chef like u when im older im only fifteen and ur my favourite chef but i was just wondering if u could sent some great recipes. i watched that banana tarta episode that u did on the ministry of food and it was so delicous i tried it and made it and it was excellent i see wat u mean with the caremel being to hot.

Kudos to you cousin Roy!!!! Great video clip, interview, photo gallery... totally awesome, incredible, fantastic, spectacular, WooHoo! And many more thanks for sharing some of that spotlight with my maasani Mary! Enjoyed the site very much. Will have to try roasting mutton that way too!

The ladies LOVE what was served to them that day, and yes John is right about cooked meat, that day was different, some of the ladies had second servings. I think it was the company, and the way the leg was grilled and flavoring it with all the natural ingredients that the sheep eat, it was fabulous and we all love it! Anybody reading this has to get a copy of the cookbook that has the many recipes of the other dishes Jamie created while he was here in the states!

Roy is a friend of mine, so it was great when I had heard about he show. But what amazed me is that you got those older Navajo Women to eat undercooked meat...WOW. Most Navajos, especially the older generation wince at the thought of eating meat that hasn't been cooked through...
