1. 1anarchopagan Sat 28 Nov 2009 @ 17:33 I learned BBQ leg of lamb in Dearborn, MI. There the butterflied leg was marinated in garlic, lemon, mint, olive oil, salt and pepper. It was done on the barbie like a steak, really didn't take more than six or seven minutes on the side for a medium rare interior. Served sliced thin, cross-grain, with a sauce called labneh - made with several cloves of raq garlic, mashed with a couple of teaspoons of kosher salt into a puree ( this technique does max cellular damage to the garlic, releasing all of the allicin) and stirred into a cup or so of yoghurt. Incredible!

9. Marie Fri 24 Apr 2009 @ 11:41 Your right, this is a show stopper! I did this (except with traditional herds etc) years ago on a coal bbq and people are still talking about it!
It really is as easy as it looks!
Cheers,
Marie

12. Selina Friske Thu 17 Jul 2008 @ 04:54 Hi I am not here commenting on your lamb Sorry,
I am from Australia and your show aired here last night on what we are doing to our bodies with all the junk food that we eat and i had to tell you that it was sooo gooooood. I thoroughly enjoyed it and understood things. i have struggled with my weight for years and i was always worried about how i looked on the outside so losing weight was always for vain reasons and it became so hard that i just gave up and ballooned to 186kg. i never really realised what it was doing to my insides. Thank you Jamie you are a God send he has blessed you and now your are giving your wisdom to the world. Please write a book that shows us how to undo the bad things that we have done to our bodies. And have some simple recipes that we can do so we are not using all the processed stuff that is on the market.

Thank you Thank you Thank you
Selina Friske
