Hi, fab idea's Jamie and devotion to something so worthwhile!
I can cook ok but get lazy so even though your lessons are basic u have still given me a kick up the bum to cook rather than get a take away. So thanks!
I think it would be great if u could give people so other basic idea's Eg, cooking with mince 5 dishes mince onions tomotoes 4 chilli add kidney bean 4 bolenese add mushrooms shepards pie add veg mash on top and then tell them how they can do same with fish veg mash that way u turn 5 reipes into 15/20 and with mosty all same base so will still be easy for them to understand.
would also be great if some of the single mums could train others paid by the goverment would be helping both! I love the way u use ur fame to talk to peolpe in high places and do good!
Also why not contact people who can cook to do it in then name of jamie rather than being there to teach yourself and see who would teach a class in each local area?

What's the shooting in the background? Have the sheep been let out on the shooting range?

Thanks for the video. Your cooking shows helped really turn me on to cooking back when I was in highschool. The video also brings back memories of visiting the farms when I used to live in the U.K.. Good times!
It is great to see the meat farming practices demostrated in the U.K. as compared to the ones here in the U.S.
Thanks again!
