2. janelle Thu 02 Oct 2008 @ 03:23 Tonight I made "Melt in your mouth shin stew" using Bison (I am from Canada) and my children deemed it "the best stew" they have had. Thank you for your quest to see real food come back into family's homes, I grew up doing "garden chores", eating fresh foods, eating little processed foods and I try to continue this with my children.
Also, I have your professional stainless steel cookware by Te-fal and use it daily, it has been fantastic. Love it! Thanks
3. Maddie Mon 22 Sep 2008 @ 12:09 Hi there, regarding the above comment from Min Youngman. I have also purchased the set of Jamies saucepans and am also very very disappointed with them. The coating is coming off as we speak!! Its such a shame, especially as the shop wont re-imburse me as I no longer have my receipt. These were not cheap so I have now wasted a lot of money.

Nevertheless, still cooking your recipes and watching your shows!!
4. Nikos Fri 12 Sep 2008 @ 21:04 Good video, interesting and informative. look forward to more.
5. whitedog Mon 08 Sep 2008 @ 05:12 Was wondring how you started your gardens with regard to preparing your soil. Did you buy an old farm with fabulous soil to begin with or did you have to prepare your beds from scratch? And if it was the latter how did you begin? Did you replace the top soil or is everything dug down and enriched....would you or have you shared your treatment ideas? Compost, manure, fertilizer set up?
6. T Williams Wed 03 Sep 2008 @ 20:14 Jamie i have recently taken to growing my own veg and my boyfriend is doing his nut as i just plant anything anywhere. We only have a small garden boarder and were wondering if your gardener has a book about what should be planted next to what and why on your show he planys veg and herbs together for specific reasons. Can he write me a book of advice??
Thanks

8. Min Youngman Sat 26 Jul 2008 @ 10:47 Dear Jamie
I needed to get a new set of cooking pots. I live in country Victoria, Australia and do a lot of cooking. So when I saw your range I thought I could not go wrong, but I have been very disappointed. I have the tefal ones and the coating has started to come off already. The other thing is the pots handles become very hot so you cannot pick them up with bare hands! I had old Aga pots before these and it was recommended we stop using them because of the Aluminium. I can see these pots will not last and thought you should know as they have your name to them. On the other hand I have cooked many of your recipes and watched all your shows! I look forward to hearing from you.
kind regards
Min Youngman.
