1. Elbullie Tue 13 Oct 2009 @ 11:25 Truly wonderfull recipe.
Awsome taste and presentation, made it 4 times already and always a winner.

Thnx Genarro, the pig can be proud to be cooked this way.
2. M8tt Tue 15 Sep 2009 @ 15:55 I made this for Sunday dinner and it was superb, all plates were empty. The only thing i will say is go easy on the sultanas as i put too many in and it was very sweet. Will definetly be making this again, thanks Gennaro.
3. M8tt Tue 11 Aug 2009 @ 14:20 What can you say about this fella......amazing. The way he makes this recipe look effortless is a testament to how good he really is. Jamie you most definitely learnt from the best and it shows.
4. Petra Sat 27 Jun 2009 @ 06:56 That looks fantastic! But where is the final picture of porchetta nicely cooked??? If I make this to my husband for his birthday, he will love me forever.. :))) But is there any way of cooking this just in one day??? :))))))))))

6. karohemd Sat 30 May 2009 @ 23:17 Oh my, I really really want to eat that.
The Italian deli that delivers sandwiches to our office regularly has porchetta but it's not as elaborate as that.
7. cretece Sat 30 May 2009 @ 03:32 This is a great recipe and I'm really glad Jamie's team posted it, but honestly, I could just listen to Genarro speak all day long... What was he making? :-)
8. jux Thu 28 May 2009 @ 17:49 C'est un vrai truc de dingue. Bravo Genarro.
I would also like watching making the bread you did in "the naked chief season 1" for Jamie - the one which looks like a heart. E' possibile, per favore ?
