i'm currently studying in a local restaurant and i'm so happy!! but Chef didn't teach me that, he taught me something else, which i think is cleaner and cooler. :) my garlic and onion would end up Brunoise :D hahah i love it though. .. JAMIE OLIVER, you rock!!!

No no no... Use a fine microplane - the BEST way! As good as crushing, releases all the flavour and aroma, without the mess!
