6. Jason Mon 29 Jun 2009 @ 12:41 After you run the courgette through the mandolin, salt the slices and leave them on a paper towel for about 20 minutes. This will draw a lot of the water out and reduce the spitting that you'll get when they're in the deep fry. It will also make them a bit crispier.
7. Despoina Mon 29 Jun 2009 @ 12:31 This is a very common food in Greece! It is delicious and we eat it with tzatziki >>> which is yogurt with cocumber and garlic!!

9. Diana Sat 17 May 2008 @ 22:17 I think, that Jamie Oliver is unique person as for his cooking...He is some kind of ambitious person, who does not give up. I admire him and I think he can be or better to say, he is idol for every person, who wants to learn something new and make things different, maybe more funny...I want to be full of passion like he is
His recipes are simple, funny, delicious and you can do it whenever you want.In my opinion it is a good inspiration.....
Thanks Jamie

Diana
