Loved and miss your show mate. I use to watch every Saturday and I swear, after a long week, you lowered my blood pressure. (haha) I grew up in East London and you brought me a touch of home in the U.S. Cheers!

Like Matty, above, I am struggling to remember how to make the clear tomato soup. I cant find the recipe anywhere! Is it published in a book/online?

Matty - I think you mean the palate cleanser - the cold soup he made for Brian?? Good splash of vodka, knob of Horseradish, salt, blitz it up, wrap in cheesecloth and suspend over a bowl in the fridge overnight (or at least 6 hours by my recollection). I might be missing an ingredient perhaps... if so, I'm sure one of the other members can help you out.
