Good splash of vodka, knob of Horseradish, salt, blitz it up, wrap in cheesecloth and suspend over a bowl in the fridge overnight (or at least 6 hours by my recollection). I might be missing an ingredient perhaps... if so, I'm sure one of the other members can help you out.
