1. The Bean Machine Wed 14 Oct 2009 @ 19:20 Hey u guys, just thot id drop in with a lil comment to yal. Me and my wife Mairin cooked these succulent hush puppies for a dinner party. we had just a few close friends over aka Aaron McWires and Rebecca Mccloskey. Everyone was enjoying the hush puppies when suddenly aaron bite into one of my extremly spicy puppies (over the years of mairin pulling my douffer she we have perfected the spiciest of spicy mayos - 100% organic) and dropped to his knees and propsed to Rebecca. Rebecca said yes and it was al thanks to the hush puppies. The happy couple then took my recipe for pulling the douffer and went home to practice the art. I would encourage any young cook to pull the douffer, even better if u have someone else to do it while u relax and put the feet up.
Anyway congrats to aaron and wires, have a long love filled life, all thanks to pulling the douffer to make some tasty hush puppies.
ps keep up the great work jamie, love ya
2. Feargal lad Tue 13 Oct 2009 @ 21:56 Great dish! loved the way that he made his own mayo with a couple of yanks of the douffer, very classy! When Jamie was mixing the salad I jizzed everywhere. The only improvement that I would suggest would be to drizzle the pork with some sloe berry gin!
3. James mc Couaig Mon 12 Oct 2009 @ 23:34 WOW, Justin, would you really let me pull your duffour, it would be an honor? I love pulling duffours really brings out the best in me, I'm really good at it now, I'm trying different styles and techniques, maybe you would allow me to experiment on you.

hmmmmmmm I do really like it good and spicy
4. Justin McHenry Tue 06 Oct 2009 @ 20:31 James , good and spicy IS the best, we should meet up some time and make some good and spicy food so we can have a picnic together, it will be a great time, sure we could pull some duffors to spice it up!!!!!

6. Chris Howard Sun 04 Oct 2009 @ 00:54 It's really refreshing to see someone taste and experience food you've been eating all of your life- and then watch them put a different and interesting twist on it! I've lived in Georgia (almost) all of my life, and I have never thought to eat collard greens raw in cole slaw like that. To not eat your pulled pork with bbq sauce is sacrilege, but I must admit I'm intrigued and will have to try Jamie's "dressing" the next time we make it. I hope you enjoyed your time in my fair state Jamie, and I hope that we get to see this fascinating show in America soon!
