I'm from Spain too and SUSO is right! mediterranean food is not just Italy or France...spanish food is rich and international...I can send you some recipes too...and I love to see you cooking some spanish food...I saw your "tortilla de patatas" and we want to see more...

je vois que tu as une belle complicité avec ton mentor génaro, qui ta appris la les subtilités de la cuisine italienne et sa richesse.
je suis toujours fasciné par ton naturel et ta simplicité , la façon dont tu as de rendre les gens heureux par l'intermédiaire de tes recettes et des ingrédients utilisés.
j'aime la cuisine italienne, française et japonaise et anglaise

4. Alexander Alken Fri 14 Aug 2009 @ 10:46 Video works perfectly! Kudos to Gennaro for making pesto in 1 minute! :) Whenever i make pesto, i always mix it in with chicken and cream, and that really makes a delicious flavour!

SUSO Tue 20 May 2008 @ 23:13 Í´m from spain and I love all your creative and at the same time simple recipes. the problem is that in majorca we haven´t got to many books and forget about dvd´s about you. In the other hand, the spanish cuisine is very rich and important, the people use to belive that the mediterranean food is exclusive from Italy or France, so they are wrong. It´s tested that the spanish food is more healthy and with mor variety than others. spanish cuisine would be a good influence for an othr branch of books and dvd´s, don´t you think?. I would send you a few recipes if you want from many parts of the country. Thsnk you for your recipes and the the way you do it. Sorry about my english.
