1. CiprianM Fri 05 Feb 2010 @ 18:55 This one is fantastic ! ... it look great and it tastes even grater.
Still, i need some help on 2 problems i encountered with:
1st - i took it out from the oven, flip it upside down (use a pair of gloves or the caramel will be on ure hands) and in few minutes bananas "sank ". What should i do ?
2nd - after its cooled down a little i tried a piece ... its tastes heavenly ... but its very hard to chew it :O ... all that caramel stacked on my teeth

Waiting for some opinions ...
