Ji Jamie,
U have inspired me to cook more often at home! I used to watch your show every Saturday morning in Germany! The way you arrange the chopped vegetable on the chopping board helps me to cook in a more organised way...and faster! I cooked this recioe this morning for my lunch at work and it is fast and easy. TQ very much for your tips. Usually we fry onion and garlic first before putting in the meat, vegetable and noodle but your way of preparing chinese food produces the same result as well. TKs.

Hello Jamie,
thank you that you kindly share your extraordinary talents as a chef and a presenter. Also you recipes promote the healthy eating for everyone and for the kids too.
Your recipes are wonderfully adapted even for the very beginner in cooking (which is certainly I am). That definitely boosts the confidence to try the recipe and to end up with eating it not just by my own happy self but even to please the guests in my house.
Your pizza dough recipe as well as the video are so inspiring that I dared to try it for my little son's gluten-free diet. And many other ones are so positive. My husband (who's an Englishman) liked the recipes from Jamie at Home book. They look delicious and quite manly on his opinion.))
Take care
Regards from Russia

Can you help me? I saw a program where you made a pizza that was devided into four parts with different toppings. One one of the parts you had some seafood and instead of using tomatoe sauce you used olive oil with garlic and some other ingredients that I don`t remember what was. I would really like to know what those other ingredients were. Can anyone help me?

I love watching Jamie cook, I'll be getting all his books and dvds i started with At Home since its all I was lucky enough to see so far and thoroughly enjoyed it - a good idea would be to have the book available as shown in the series - the notebook Jamie makes notes in with leaves and doodles etc I'd love a copy of that !!!

Me encanta.
Cada receta es todo un derroche de pasión, amor y cariño por los alimentos.
Me siento identificada.

Merci encore.

I lived over in England on and off for a few years, in Poole, and I have seen all the pre-made food English people eat and what rubbish the kids take to school. I'm back in Australia now and find it is starting to spread over here!
I think it is wonderful what you are doing, and I hope you don't take any notice of negative comments off people who don't want to change. There any many more people out there applauding you for what you are doing.
I just watched you make the Chow Mein, and it makes cooking asian look so much easier then following the recipes out of asian books. I will definately give it a try, can't wait.
Keep up the great cooking :-)

I made your fish pie for tea today and everyone enjoyed it. One problem though I thought it would be worth mentioning about the chilli when you have grated it, remember to wash hands straight away, as mine were still hot after many washes.

I just made and ate this minutes ago and I have to say RIGHT ON. This was very simple to make and quick. I like the fact that there aren't a whole lot of ingredients or spices to complicate things. The heat from the pepper .... great.

Jamie I cannot praise you enough, I have been lucky in that both my parents have taught me how to cook and I pass this on to my child. I was shocked and appalled to realise that there are people out there who really cannot cook. The government and education departments should make it a priority to teach our children how to cook healthy meals it is a national scandal that this is not on the curriculum.

Hi Jamie.......well done on Mistery of Food. I love to cook but videos showing the simplicity of some of your dishes is an excellent idea. Good on you for sharing your passion and tackling this issue at ground level. Keep doing what you are doing. I'll be passing it on to my son who is a student and also loves to cook.

*Dear Jamie*
we are a German Family live in the italian part of switzerland (Lake Lugano) and I agree that your spirit and the way you make it resonate to Menschen (humans) is the best we have ever seen in the field of food and showing how to cook with love art passion and knowledge!
It seems so light!
Once an italian friend told me (and you must know a typical italian man would never marry a woman even a beautiful one that does not know how to cook, although they would tell them everyday that the mother does it better to keep them doing well, it might be changing when italians start talking about Jamie Oliver instead of their mothers kitchen) while he watched me cooking: I can see the suffering in the kitchen this is the opposite of your delightful and easy handeling!
Even our children are infected by you and read with such a positive will recepes and most important realize them and pass your impulse and wonderfulness onwards.
We sent you our warm thanks and a lot of strength.
We would love to have a food centre here as well and we do look forward to meet you.
Stefanie Andreas Arthur and Maurizia
P.S Sorry for my english
