He does make cooking seem uncomplicated and therefore less scary. Ministry of Food really does what it set out to do -- it really makes you want to have a go and pass it on !!

You are my favorite chef. I have your books and do not miss any tv program of yours.

I could not believe after seeing the show that there are so many people who do not know how to do basic cooking. It was definitely an eye opener
I have never bought a cookbook where I have found so many items in it that is just right for me an my family. So far I think I have tried 5 or 6 recipies, not bad as I have only had the book a couple of weeks. Everything is so down to earth.
My way of passing it on is by buying the Ministry of Food cookbooks as Christmas presents for both friends and family - I have already ordered another 5 copies.

My daughter is excited about your Ministry of Food enough to have done the meat balls and fish pie with her daughter in law. She has also asked for your book on the series for her birthday and is buying a copy for her daughter in law for Christmas.
