Ok, Well im 14 and i dont know weather you actully read these things but,, i what to be a chef i mean i really do and not just saying i cook at home all the time and what cooking programs for tips,ecucation and pleasure food makes me happy and when i cook i feel great one day i will be a chef i have my whole life ahead of me and maybe i will work for you:). i have to be confident in my self and i no that the culenry jobs are hard work and long hours but i look at it this way of getting paid for a hobby is brilliant.
i have lernt so much from you and you are such an inspiration to me i have lernt to chop just by watching you.
i will go to college and one day become my dream.

British diets must be apalling compared to Canadian diets...I cook meals for my family every day of the week, only doing take-aways maybe once a month, if that! Your determination to improve British health is admirable and your recipes are wonderful!
