love it man,
nice to see someone leaving their ego at the door to actually go back and help people. The world will be a better place if we all eat real food everyday!
thinking about changing 'career' myself to find the others that need help in the kitchen. I was a victim of bad school dinners, lived in the states for 4 years and have been working in schools and with kids for a while now to see that food is a massive root of alot of issues!
if you need a hand with the projects and campaigns i d love to help. we can all do our bit! cheers!

Hi Jamie,
Anymore video updates for iTunes coming up?
It has been awhile since there was any updates. Was hoping to pass it on, but it has been dry lately.
Cheers,
Richard

Hi Jamie,
Believe it or not I became a cook in England, ten years ago( yes I´ve got my NVQ II). I´m a passionate of food. I´m spanish, and eating fresh fish, vegetables or fruit is part of our daily "rutine". I realised how important is to eat good, healthy food every day, and how nice is to cook for your family and friends. My next goal is teaching my husband some of your recipes.
Greetings from Barcelona.

JAMIE, I love you and your show, but it freaks me out that you don't wash your hands after touching raw fish. At one point you wipe them on your jeans and then get back to the yogurt. Is it the editing?

Jamie,
I'm drooling as I write. Moving into a foreign country as a student, I can't help but to cook for myself every single night. I'm looking forward to trying your salmon recipe. Not sure though where I can buy the tikka sauce. Never heard of it before. You're insanely inspirational. Thanks.

I love Jamie, and this recipe looks wonderful. My only criticism is that he might be frying the salmon a bit too long. For a regular sized filet, 2-3 minutes a side is enough. For these small slices, I wouldn't go more than 45 seconds a side to avoid drying them out.

hello jamie,
