Nice to see the wood oven featured here. It was a great kit that Orchard Ovens supplied along with basic instructions for its assembly and insulation requirements. However it was me that designed the outer appearance and built the brickwork housing of this oven that Jamie has. As Jamie states he is in favour of plugs please note that if you would like one along similar designs I can be contacted as follows

made a bit of a twist on the left over turkey recipe, the one that you did with soy sauce. i used a phesent striped put in a frying pan with a little hot oil, like you used soy sauce tea spoon of honey and half a small jar of left over cranberry sauce.cooked it till it got a little blackend.served on nice salad and fresh meyonaise...went down great...

Loved the look of your Turkey and Sweet Leek Pie you showed in one of your pre Christmas programmes so made sure I had a copy of the recipe. I made it on 27/12 and it was delicious and really easy to do.
I then 'passed it on' to a couple of my work colleagues and one of them made it last night and agreed it was great.
Nice one Jamie.

Jamie,
I love your style. 'Jamie at Home' was my introduction to your talent from Food Network. I enjoy it! This oven is one of my dreams for my yard. I am planning to build one for my family.
Thank you,
CTW
