My god my god my god - this is my new favourite dish ever. wowowowowowo i can't believe how good mint tastes with eggs.
I made it just for me - and made it with 4 normal organic eggs - a decent amount of butter and salt, lots of mint. it's absolutely incredible and literally took 8 minutes to make. knockout
