Jamie , you are a good chef, your recipes are extraordinarybut her easy do again and you know blend of ingredient, flavour.

First of all I want to congratulate you for your intrepid journey in change the British food habits. I lived in Brightonin the ’70and most of the people knew nothing about olive oil benefitslet alone eating squid or garlic. You really changed quite a lotand made all the difference. God bless you for that.

But the reason that I’m writing to you is that of asking when are you coming to Portugal and find out about our richfrom north to southfrom east to westgastronomy? If one day you decide to comelet me knowwho knows I might help you in somewayeven if just within the language areaplus by giving you some hints in how to make everyday foodsimpletastywith an African (more specifically form Angola) touchwithout spending too much moneyyes?

My name is Margarida and I'm from Lisbon Portugal. I like very much all of your tv programs mainly the last one that is passing at the moment in our tv, in which you teach the italian food. Your tv program with the fight against the bad food in the english public schools was great.Congratulations. I've learn a lot about cooking and you have given to me good ideas about how to cook without dramas and with hapiness and love.You love Italian food but I want to invite you to come to Portugal and try the portuguese food, a compromise between the north and the south of Europe, with very good fishes and vegetables too. Besides your amazing cooking’s you have a very special energy. The energy and the love you put in everything you say and do is astonishing!!!  I love to cook and I see in you what I feel about food: food is amusement and joy. Cooking must be something pleasant and grateful, and the cooker must be able to get the chance to play with the ingredients with a sense of originality and joyful craziness. With no love, no good food!! :)

I love cooking and I love the way you do this.
You are my favorite chef. I have your books and do not miss any tv program of yours.
