Tomato orzo

1. Sauté the onions and garlic in olive oil till soft. Stir in the orzo and marjoram, and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes, season and stir.
2. Add water to cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.

• 250g orzo (rice-shaped pasta)
• 1 tbsp marjoram, chopped
• 5 plum tomatoes, chopped
