Put the buscuits into a bowl and crush into fairly small pieces.
Add the raisins and mix together.
Melt the butter in a pan and when it is just melted remove it from the heat and stir in the honey or syrup and the chocolate powder.
Pour this onto the buscuits and mix well.
Line a serving dish or backing tray and press the mixture into it to about 5cm thick.
Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the buscuits.
Leave to cool in the fridge over night

french bread pizza
Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees.
In a hot pan splash some oil. Wait untill this is hot and put in your finely chopped onion and crushed garlic.
Once these are cooked put in your tomatoes.
Then add a 2-5 teaspoons of mixed herbs ( choice of taste ) , a pinch of salt and pepper and a pinch or two of sugar to sweeten the tomatoes.
Then have a good squirt of tomatoe puree to give colour to the sauce and more flavour and a dribble of red wine vinigar for a kick.
Once you done this leave the sauce to reduce for around 5 to 10 mins.
Whilst your waiting you can get your french bread ready by cutting long peices. Then cutting them im half so one side is crust and the other is bread and put the on a tray ( crust down, bread up )
Then simply spoon the sauce onto the bread equally. then grate some cheese on for taste.
Then put them into the oven for around 5-8 minutes to brown off.![]()
Enjoy. ![]()
