I was not amazed to see Oxford Street Rammed on Saturday! I was amazed to see a Big Issue seller being ignored. He told me this is often the case. The million people who passed him had not made him rich.
This is a sad mirror of our society.
BUY THE BIG ISSUE! (Please).

Another rewarding trip to the seashore. I am now experimenting with seaweed. The Dulse was pleasant and not overpowering. I also found a native oyster (very nice). This was alongside Mussels and yey some cockles.
River Cottage Seashore book is providing a lot of good information.
Any Seaweed recipies and info is much apreciated.
