I love to cook, I love art in many shapes and sizes, painting, photography, music, dance, nature and fashion......food to me is also art.
I like to wear odd socks and I like tattoos. I love dogs and wish I had a real pack of wolves. I have just found out one of my house plants is a bonsai and I had no idea, now I feel priviledged because it's such a delicate thing and I get to take care of it.

This old chair which had no colour, I sanded it down, painted it white and went through the carving in gold.

MAde this yummy salad today with extra mature sheep cheese, bacon, olives, spring onions, apple, shredded carrots and mixed leaves.

Gets top marks for tangyness and comfort foodiness I loved it and so did hubby we just used spring onion instead of cilantro!

I'm overwhelmed, and must go out and get more spanish goodies to send out to you guys. MsK from Holland sent me these goodies as we were talking about cupcakes. She may be my new BBF 
from now on.
Anyway I'm so glad of the response and not only to me, but to eachother, people are sending things from all over the world and it's fantastic. I hope I can reciprocate all of you soon. I'm stunned by the generosity of the people on this site and the kindness in all aspects, thank you all again for being such great sports. And seriously if any of you have not asked for anything back from Spain, because you don't need it, use it, cook it, whatever, then the least I can do is offer you my home should you ever want to pass this way. You're more than welcome.
