I will use this opportunity to pass the sauce recipe that I do here at home, and believe me: Use it on almost everything.
I call it the red-sauce base.
Here's the recipe:
Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
Palm oil (to cover the bottom of the pan)
1 onion chopped
5 cloves garlic, crushed
6 chopped capers
5 sprigs of parsley ground (leaves only)
3 sprigs of chopped basil (leaves only)
3 tablespoon (rasa) of Oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
3 drops red pepper sauce
3 tins of peeled tomatoes. (processed)
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1 tablespoon sugar shallow

Preparation:

In a casserole add the open palm oil to cover the bottom of the pan. Then place the butter and let melt.

Add the garlic and let brown, add the onion after. Stirring constantly to prevent burning. When are fish sticks add the capers, parsley, fresh basil and stir always.

After 3 minutes add the dried oregano and basil.

Let boil for 5 min. Then place the pepper (stir) and then the tomatoes. Mesturada all for 3min.

Add the diced chicken and then the sugar. Mix well.

Let cook for about 40 min. to 1 hour. Always stirring to prevent the stick in the pan.

Remove from heat and place the sauce ready in glass containers and take to frezer still hot.
