well, not quite jam more of a strawberry syrup i made in january. It's **** sweet. And overall it's does taste too gluten free.

The world's thinnest sponge cake

This is one of the things I cooked for the kitchen tea I'm not at because i'm not well. Our oven is not the best and I didn't line the tin (such a twit). Tastes good.

Hen's night

I made this for my sister's hens night along with a black veil. Was very popular but didn't fare too well as some people pulled out a few of them, after they got through the rest of the cuppa chups i'd brought.

Chicken and mushroom pies

This is last nights dinner. Fried some chicken pieces (marinated in oil, garlic and thyme), then set aside and cooked come onion and carrot, then added some mushrooms. Back in with the chicken and a big splash of verjuice. Some stock and let it all cook, and mixed in a good tablespoon of sour cream. Then into these cute little tins and a few layers of potato slices with butter, thyme and pepper. Very nice, could have done with some thickening of the sauce.
