Having just read Michael Pollan's "In Defense of Food" I see many parallels with Jamie's plan. Both are perfectly right in suggesting that it's our job as parents to feed our kids real, whole, foods. It's also the job of our government to help make real food a standard and not a luxury. I'm thrilled to see this movement happening and will do whatever I can to support it, starting in my kitchen!
