Well where to start. My 4 lovely boys are more important to me than anything, and then there's my lovely D, what can I say. Only smile. I love to grow stuff, not always successfully but anyway I try. If we had a bigger house/garden I'd love some dogs, cats, chickens all that lovely good life stuff. But I'm still fond of my comforts. I love to cook and experiment with new ingredients and tastes. That's about it for now. Talk again soon.
The Eager Young Chef
This is my lovely 9 year old making a great job of some chocolate chip cookies. I have the recipe on the cookie thread. Isn't he great! They were a great success. The first batch were a little thin and brittle, but really were the best on some ice cream.

The Washing Up
And of course, no-one wants to help with this bit. It always looks worse than it is though and once I got started it was done in no time.
On the other hand it took me a lot longer to get round to put these photos up here.

The Melting Pot
The beautifully scented pot as the apple cooked. And the jars waiting for their labels. I made this a couple of weeks ago, my ravenous family descended from far and wide and I think there may be one pot left, hidden at the back of the cupboard. I must make some more.
