shady process - dirty

Hi Oliver,

I am right now watching your TV program in Spain.Your recipes looks like really tastefull and easy to prepare, what is great and probably part of the reason of your success. Although, I must say that the way you prepare them looks like really dirty.

You never wash your hands and sometimes we can see that your nails are brown. Further, this process to shake the food, salads directly with your hand, and the fact that seems you never wash the vegetables, meat, etc before start to preparing there, is really disgusting to see.

Today you are preparing pizza and we could clearly see that the "albahaca" you have used to prepare the tomate saucewas dirty, probably comming directly from your garden, without never been washed.

Really, I like your recipes, I have also your book, but I do suggest you to improve the cleaness. It really impact us in Spain and Brazil. To cook well is also to be clean.
