hey there

well, i am a bit embarassed about forgetting this site but in my defense it was really only because i was viewing mr. jamies delectible delights from other sources 
however, in my attempt to maintain and keep up with things, i ventured back here and now will make my honest effort at keeping up with the blogging.  i have two blogs actually that i maintain, one for sweeties and one for me!

i am about to go out today and hit the pool area with my daughter and her friend that is visting us from Denmark so that ought to be a load of fun as well.  no telling with the two of them what will happen.

well, that is really all i have to say for now and i am hoping to bring back some very interesting photos.  for now though, i will leave you with a view of the sea and a rock formation that is quite popular here in beirut.  it is pigeon rock (some call it dove rock but i know those are pigeons they are referring too)
