Real Bread at Fifteen in London

Hi all,
On Friday 5th - Saturday 6th Feb, Chris Young from the Real Bread Campaign joined Fifteen's star baker in the kitchen. As part of National Apprenticeship Week we wanted to shout about our fantastic in-house baker, Kenny Rankin.
We asked Chris to join our kitchen for a mini apprenticeship where he learnt how to make some of Kenny's fantastic artisan bread.
