New start to a great career

Hi Jamie!

  Huge fan of yours by the way! Just started college recently and i am taking an NVQ level 2 in professional cookey and restaurant management.
I desperately want to be a chef, it's my biggest passion! I love everything about food! Its really an escape for me, i was living in Hong Kong with my parents but went through a lot of family issues with them and my parents kicked me out so my gran had to take me on.
Its a bit of a struggle as she doesn't have much money and cause my dad is not willing to pay for anything.
After my NVQ 2 i plan on either continuing to NVQ 3 or joining the RAF. I desperately wanted to join your fifteen foundation, but i think there are other kids out there he need it more than i do.
I just thought i'd share this, oh and by the way, i watched "Jamie's Fowl Dinners" today at the college. I thought it was really intresting and has definetly altered the way i look at food. My gran buys free range eggs and chickens from a local farm. Hahahah chickens are always running around all over the place everytime i visit!
Great to see them like that, rather than them in a cage with six or more other birds! This is my first time writing a blog on your page. Its quite long i know ahaha, just have a lot to say that i haven't really said to many people lately.
I really want to end up as a head chef in a restaurant (or maybe even someday working with you!!!) but i know from experiance that its hard to get there when your a woman ahahha. So i've toughed up a bit, as i think i'm going to need to if i have to put up with 24 other chefs (who just happen to all be boys in my cookery course!).
