Panda Varenyky
Varenyky are similar to Polish pierogi, Russian pelmeni, and Italian ravioli. Very popular Ukrainian dish. Varenyky are very are often served with onions and sour cream.
This one stuffed with mashed potatoes and carrot + fired onion, garlic, ginger + basil + olive oil + salt + FGBP (freshly grounded black pepper).
I made panda-shape Varenyky and decorated them with nori.
It was pretty cool to eat)
baozi - 包子
They were steamed) Look, how i made it:
i took the aluminum foil, made the pin holes on it. Then i put baozi and covered with safe foil)))
that's all because i have no bamboo steaming utensils.
Kung Pao Chicken & my wok
Chinese cuisine is so tasty!!! Unbelievable!
Ginger, sesame oil, sugar, soy souse, vinegar, garlic, orange juice, rice vodka... all the ingredients makes beautiful traditional special taste.
Wok is great thing, it's really useful for Chinese cuisine!
