Hi all, finally got round to starting my blog.
I am a dad of 2 and do all the cooking in our house. Been a fan of JO since the early days, before that I wasnt really into cooking.
This is my first attempt at growing anything. I have never been a fan of gardening, but have really got biten by the whole grown your own bug, after watching Jamie At Home.
The JAH show has given me the inspiration to have a go at growing a few things.
I rent a house so cant really put down anything too permanent, so I have gone for pots and grow-bags, and will probably get a bit more adventurous next year.
Its been a steep learning curve, but many of you here have helped me with your growing tips.

2nd attempt, looking better than my first go, the yellow (coconut) ones came out slightly crisper than the red (strawberry)
Still work to do, but I'm getting there
