the love for cooking

hi, i am carla from buenos aires argentina and i started watching jamie s tv show a long time ago, unfortunately here is not longer shown, i remember the fresh approach that could be sensed when he was cooking , never afraid of trying new combinations, and as time went by i saw on bookstores he has written books , created trainings in his restaurant for people that was interested in cooking and also developed meals for kids in uk. i still cant belive what a terrific kid he was and what a terrific and giving kind man he has become. He is interested in helping others and his never ending love for cooking is what amazes me , the passion of cooking is something i share , even though i am not working at the moment i cant explain what goes on inside me when i am on the process of a recipe. i could say that the only moment when i am not thinking of cooking is when i am on the kitchen. And in the last years i discovered that growing plants wasnt so hard i started taking advantage of the flowers pots , and got myself some seeds and started it. peppers, onions, corn, carrots, etc are some od the things i got so far. i am just trying to explain what i feel and that we never stop learning. so if you got anything to share , a recipe you want , anything , send me a message, i will be happy to answer it. i am a baker , and cook of arabian food. i apologize for my english , it has been a long time since i last used it. best regards
