Hi there, i cannot believe, i am just spending right now a couple of hours, reading about all these nice recipes, the wonderful world of cooking and slowly I am getting hungry (well i love to eat, i love to cook but i am not sure if i do it well and looking into my fridge, seems to become a real challenge:-). I lived in several countries like France, Spain, Germany and Ireland and enjoyed to discover, also through a lot of world travels, any kind of food. I am fascinated by the Jamie Philosophy; thanks for being such a richess. Well, if you offer cook courses, i come immediately.
