Roscón from Galicia

A dessert from my homeland, Galicia (Spain). The name of it is "Roscón". We usually cook on holy week or christmas. Godparents give a gift to their nephew and a Roscon. It is a tradition.
Ingredients:
150gr sugar
150g milk
grated peel of lemon or orange
30gr yeast
100gr butter
2 eggs
teaspoonful of anisette
550 gr flour
middle teaspoonful of salt
---
1 egg to paint
candied sugar
candied fruits

You only have to make a pastry with the sugar, the milk, yeast, grated peel, butter, eggs, anisette, flour and salt. And then put it in a hot place like near a radiator and cover it with blankets. It has to treble volume. And then, paint it with the egg, and put the candied sugar and fruits. Oven 200ºC - 30-40 minutes.
