About
I am a chef with many years experiance, and I loved what I saw Jamie doing on the TV so I thought I would jump on the bandwagon and see if i could use my knowledge, and the way i think when i create a new dish to help home cooks establish a better understanding of different cooking methods so they too could come up with some funky fresh dishes!
