Heya.
Im a young Chef working for a catering company in Dublin, Iv had a keen interest in food since i was a wee one.My patient mother used to let me do dinner on sunday nights appropriatly called "naughty night" i was allowed to cook anything under the sun, lick the bowl and given complete freedom of the kitchen.., I like to think iv grown from the smiley faced pizzas and cupckes with plastic toys inside, But its from those days that the passsion was born!
I work hoping to learn soemthing new everyday and also to learn from my mistakes and grow as a chef, have joined this site to xchange recepies and pick up some tips.
