free range ducks

Hi  I started to keep free range ducks about  6 months ago, started with 3 now have 23 and there laying every day. To keep them under control I wanted to sell some of the ducks to local butchers, but I am not sure which type of duck people prefer to eat. I current raise Muscovy ducks. Does anyone know which are the tastiest and most popular as I can add them to our flock.
