Another menu is " ODEN " ! The night weather is getting autumn here...not too hot not too humid!

The grilled squid is caramelised with squid's gut, butter and soy sauce. It's very tasty really!
The gut must be fresh is necessary! Maybe Geof would like this!

It has been bloody hot and humid here...nice to pop into the coolest place!
Break time of the day was "Fig tart and chilled iced coffee" with nice and cool air conditioning to sit on the cafe, read up some magazines...littel haven a moment!
