What I am here today is to tell you all about the next exciting project! This Summer I am joining with an events company and am travelling europe... we are doing 8 events throughout the summer of 2010 we start off in Marakesh at the end of april, then we fly off to Italy, Germany, portugal, the chezch republic, belgium, there is one event in the UK then it all ends in Spain at the end of September!... sounds good eh!
At each event, I am planning to put together a menu using local ingredients from markets local to the area. It's all good stuff, a really cool project, which I plan to record, log and photograph for you guys on my blog!
Hope you are all well, will catch up again realy soon...

Thu 17 Dec 2009GENERAL BLOG
This panna cotta was inspired from the Mojito cocktail!
The panna cotta itself is rum and lime, The gel layer is mint, and the brown sugar is there too, in the form of spun sugar!
