Hello to all - just saw the notice about the new book from Jamie and look forward to it, especially a focus on natural produce and how it can enrich meals !

I live in Ottawa, Ontario in Canada and I am a passionate cook. I have been following Jamie's career for a few years now and my kitchen counter has several books along with the Flavour Shaker and TFAL set smile

The picture attached is of dinner I made recently for Lisa and I - grilled chicken and vegetables with the breasts stuffed with goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and pine nuts. Simply mix it together in a blender with some herbs like basil and rosemary even and pour in some olive oil. Of course, as always, don't forget some seasoning.

It's a pretty easy dish to make and just requires a careful incision in the breast to ensure you have a deep pocket to insert the stuffing. Tie up the breasts and drizzle with the oil and grill away.

I really enjoy seafood and beginning to spend more and more time trying it. We are just finishing up a 2 week vacation in San Francisco and had loads of seafood, especially on Fisherman's Wharf. Be sure to go to Scoma's and their site is at:
