To cook this herb, you will need:

Ingredients:  for  1  person
-1 cup of meat, chicken, pork, shrimp or anything you like
-2 handful of basil (“gà prao ” in thai) You will need a lot because it reduce a lot in quantity after cooked
-a few tablespoon of vegetable oil
-a few garlic (just the same quantity than bird-chili)
-bird-chili (more or less depend on how much you like it hot)
-a half teaspoon of sugar (this dish should have a little sweet taste)
-2 tablespoon of oyster sauce (to give salty taste)
-a few drop of soy sauce (to balance the taste of oyster sauce)
P.S. these quantities can be changed depend on your taste

How to:
-Heat  vegetable oil in the pan.
-Chop or smash together in mortar garlic and bird-chili. Then put in the hot pan with oil.
-After a few second (after haaaaaaaaaaa…chum), put in your meat
-As soon as your meat seem to cook, put in basil.
-Immediately after basil, seasoning with a few drop of soy sauce, couple tablespoon of oyster sauce and half teaspoon of sugar.
-Mix a few second then turn off the heat.
-Put on a dish of rice or spaghetti.
-Enjoy your meal tongue Hope you like it.
