It's Edfev and I am ready to grow some veg!!!

Hi everyone,

It's Ed here I have just joined the Forums. I work for Fifteen events and in the spirit of Jamie At Home I am very excited about having just been given an allotment. I am a novice in the garden and would love some direction and tips. What should I be planting now that is low maintenance?

I heard recently that there are close to 300,000 people waiting for allotments in London so I feel very lucky that I have secured one.
