As someone who started making some serious lifestyle changes in october last year, regarding what i eat and the way i view my health, i was very impressed with the recent programme "Eat to Save Your Life" and thought it was time to start documenting my progress.
Hopefully this will be of use to others in my situation as much as it will be to me.

thought i'd get involved in the christmas spirit but don't have too many pics as yet, so meet the kids, thats one of my delicious quesadillas they're modelling, sure they'll be sampling other delights over the festive season, mostly beginning with c.h.o.c.o., i'll add more pics when i have them.
