chocolate mousse

This recipe is so easy. Put the egg yolk in a cup. Put the egg white in a glass bowl. Melt the chocolate. whisk the egg white until stiff. Take the chocolate off the heat. Mix the choco and egg yolk together. then mix the egg white in. leave in the fridge for an hour or more.
