I love watching The Naked Chef because it is funny and I LOVE the food Jamie prepares. I thought I would share my mom's fancy coffee recipe with you.
Prepare a pot of your favorite regular coffee, and 4 servings of expresso coffee. In a big coffee cup (12 oz. is good) add 2 tablespoons prepared expresso coffee, 1 tablespoon chocolate syrup, and 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur. Stir. Add regular coffee to almost the top of the cup. Top with generous amount of whipped cream and sip coffee through the cream. You can sprinkle things like milk chocolate shavings or cinnamon sugar and nutmeg on top of the whipped cream for a bit of different flavors. You'll be glad you have extra coffee to make more! Enjoy this coffee. I hope you like it.
