Hope you are doing weill....was last week here in Germany at Tim´s Tour....was great!
We chatted afterwards and i told him that honestly you are my fave but i had to go to him as my other half is a crazy Tim Fan....

We had the chance to sit at the table on the stage and eat Tim´s food.....what a experience....

1. Bazil plants and how they got attacked
Ok....here we go the first blogg.
As i love mediteran and especially italian food it was so clear that i wanted my own bazil plants.
It worked quit well to plant them and look they look beautiful with big leaves BUT the little, slimy animals....you know what i am talking about.....really love the bazil also.
Do you see this little wholes in the bazil leaves?
Is there a natural way of keeping these lovely, slimy things away from bazil? Don´t wanna have bazil with holes on my mozzarella and tomataoes......

Wanna start this blogg by saying how much Jamie inspired me with all his books, shows and especially with his sensationell way of living and cooking....
I met Jamie once but i have to say it was the best day ever! I will never forget that! Thanks so much Jamie for everything you give to your fans.....and criticers if there are some of them....
Your show in Frankfurt was perfect and i liked every minute! Hope to see you back on tour!
