From: Brazilabout me
I'm a young mom, research fellow and love to cook and try new recipes. I was born in Lima, Perú, but live in Brasil. Sometimes I prepare peruvian dishes, and I've learned to prepare some brazilian ones too. Lucky me, my son loves to try everything I prepare and loves to help me in the kitchen, breaking eggs, and stealing pieces of carrots, tomatoes and cheese ... I love my kid (he's 4)!Always learning
I think that we are always learning, and during these last months, reading Jamie's books and watching some different chefs podcasts, I have learned some interesting things for cooking:
1. The higher the quality of the products you use to prepare he simplest dish, the best it will be;
2. The use of fresh herbs increase the flavour of your dishes;
3. We need to love what we do to - it includes to cook something - to get a good result. I love to cook, but when I'm sad or angry, I realize that anything I prepare gets wrong. The last time it happened was when i did not get a scholarship, then I didn't want to do anything, even cooking, at night I had to prepare something, so I made eggs, but I was so sad, that I don't know how, but my eggs became green!! It never happened, but since then, I try to be ok every time I go to he kitchen, and if ti is done with my kido, even better!
Well, this is what I thoguht about my first post. I really expect to share with you some recipes, peruvian, brazilian and other dishes - food is universal, right?
Regards a have a nice week!
Iv.
